Detailpace and NextStep Home native accounts

Open either account page below, sign in with your ORSYNT email and password, and select Account → Review account deletion. Enter your password and the confirmation phrase to permanently delete.

Deletion removes the shared ORSYNT native login, Detailpace packages/jobs/history, private notes, and NextStep journeys you own or have joined—including the other participant’s shared journey content. Pending invitations to your email are removed. Export needed records first. You cannot undo this.

Active application records are removed when deletion succeeds. Provider backups and security logs may remain under provider retention schedules; an exact backup-erasure deadline is not yet verified. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription. No subscriptions are sold in this preview.

Earlier ChatGPT private betas

These have separate accounts and storage. Native account deletion does not erase their records or your ChatGPT account. For those records, email Cjsmith.ews@gmail.com from your account email and identify the app. We verify ownership before removal. Do not send passwords, ID documents, or private client notes.

Cannot sign in?

Use Forgot password on the account page, or contact support from the registered email. Email delivery is still being validated for the preview; contact support if a recovery message does not arrive.
