Critter Builders

The game stores completed puzzle numbers on your device. It has no accounts, advertising, in-app purchases, chat or third-party analytics. The downloadable browser edition makes no application network requests. The online version downloads its own game files and may be covered by the website host’s operational access logs.

Parents can clear game progress through For grown-ups → Reset village progress. No personal profile is created. Device or browser backups are controlled by your device settings.

Detailpace

The private beta uses ChatGPT sign-in and server storage for quotes, jobs, packages and actual job-time records. Records are scoped to the signed-in owner. No ad trackers or AI processing have been added.

NextStep Home

The private beta uses ChatGPT sign-in. Agents enter client names and emails to create invitations. Journey tasks, properties and shared updates are visible to the owning agent and the accepted client. Private notes and favorites are scoped to their author.

Native editions: separate ORSYNT accounts

The native previews use email/password authentication and database storage provided by Supabase. They store your account email, detailing packages/jobs/history, or real-estate client names/emails, tasks, properties, updates and private notes. App access is checked by the server on each request. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth; they are not saved in the app. Sessions stay in memory in this preview. Native share/export actions send only the content you choose through your device’s share sheet. No advertising or analytics SDK is included.

Native accounts are shared across Detailpace and NextStep Home. Account deletion requires your password and a typed confirmation and removes both apps’ active records, including shared journeys. Delete your native account. Provider backups and security logs may remain under provider retention schedules; the exact backup-erasure deadline has not yet been verified.

Earlier private betas: hosting and account requests

The business apps use OpenAI Sites authentication and Cloudflare D1 storage. Those providers may process authentication and operational logs. Visit each app’s Privacy & data page for its current details. Automated account deletion is not yet available in the business betas.

For access or deletion requests, contact Cjsmith.ews@gmail.com from your account email. We verify ownership before action. Do not include passwords, invitation codes, ID documents or private client notes. Deleting an app’s records does not delete a ChatGPT account.
